Placements
Many companies expect students to have experience of working within the publishing industry before applying for their first position.
The aim of our publishing work placement is to ensure that you have that experience. It will enable you to consolidate and apply your publishing studies, while experiencing the commercial realities of industry.
As part of the Postgraduate Publishing programme here at Edinburgh Napier University, we help to provide each student with an organised work placement.

The publishing placement takes place in trimester 2 and is organised for the student, who makes their selection from a range of relevant host companies. Provision is also made for those students who would prefer to organise their own publishing placement.
